All design work including plans, renders, and drawings remain the intellectual property of Suma Ventures unless agreed otherwise in writing.
All timelines are approximate. Delays due to client input, external vendors, or site conditions are not our liability.
Project payments follow a phased model. Late payments may incur penalties or cause work to pause.
Refunds are evaluated case by case. Design work fees are non-refundable once initiated.
We may suggest third-party vendors, but product quality and delivery are their responsibility.
Suma Ventures is not liable for minor discrepancies, changes due to market conditions, or site-specific variations.
We may update these Terms anytime without prior notice. Latest version will be available on our website.
These terms are governed under Indian law. Disputes shall fall under Chennai's jurisdiction.
